Fallow Land

These are the fruits of our Fallow Land.
Fallow land is farmland left without sowing, the practice allows the land to release and recover.
Some may call it barren, but it is wild, untamed; it can nurture into existence whatever it chooses, or nothing at all.
During the Fallow Year (shmita), in the Old Testament, all debts are forgiven; the land, and the people who work it, can let go of their chains and take the space they need to heal.
When we heal, what will arise?
When we can breathe freely, what will grow?
